Will be responsible of repairing and maintaining several properties in the Vernal area.
Duties include but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, construction repairs, painting, cleaning inside and out, landscape maintenance, and snow removal. Must have working knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and must have verifiable work experience in property maintenance. Must be able to stand, climb, bend, lift over 50 lbs, reach, stoop and use various types of tools and equipment to fulfill job duties.
- Work references are required.
- Position is full time and must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to work without direct supervision and promote a positive work environment.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
- Must be at least 21 yrs of age for insurance.
